Miracle Monocle features works of contemporary fiction, poetry, microfiction, visual art, book reviews, and interviews and believes that even the most serious subjects can be handled with humor and charity. The journal is made possible by funding from the Univerity of Louisville’s
English Department, as well as the hard work of its staff members.
We’re writers ourselves and appreciate the great deal of work that goes into the writing and revision process, and we promise to show each submission the same care and consideration it took to prepare.
Issues appear quarterly. Previous issues can be found in the journal's archives. Previously unpublished and emerging writers are highly encouraged to submit.
